Terms of Service
Site: getgamehopper.com ("GameHopper," "we," "us")
By using GameHopper you agree to these terms.
The service
GameHopper is a trip-planning tool for sports fans. It searches schedules and builds sample weekend itineraries combining games, tickets, lodging, rental cars, and local recommendations. We are a planning and referral service: we do not sell tickets, lodging, or transportation ourselves.
Third-party purchases
Listings, prices, and availability shown on GameHopper come from third-party providers and can change or sell out at any time. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that provider (for example, a ticket marketplace, hotel, rental agency, or retailer) under their terms. We are not responsible for their inventory, pricing, fulfillment, cancellations, or refunds.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. This is how the service is funded; it does not change the prices you pay.
No affiliation
GameHopper is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NCAA, or any league, conference, team, or venue. All team and league names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Acceptable use
Use the service for personal trip planning. Do not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent your identity, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Accuracy
Schedules, scores, prices, and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game dates and times change; confirm details with the provider before purchasing.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GameHopper's liability arising from use of the service is limited to $100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including travel losses arising from third-party changes or cancellations.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
